Handmade oil noodles are a unique traditional pasta dish in the Dabie Mountains, with a history of over a thousand years. Due to their unique craftsmanship, especially their high requirements for weather, temperature, humidity, and salt, they have been passed down from generation to generation among the people. Its thickness is uniform, taste strong, easy to cook but not paste. The entire production process is manually operated, commonly known as "One Root Noodle", which is a folk food without any additives.
